I am submitting a complaint to the Federal Consumer Affairs Bureau because this seems to be a violation of good practices. On top of all of this, I wasn't able to find how I can delete my account and kept on asking in my emails to be assisted with this, since this is a site scam for me and I do not want my data with this company, and as of now there is no help or information offered in this matter either. I kept on asking this to be resolved, and I was still refused any assistance and was told, no you will pay and will give you something you declared you do not want. I had several exchanges with the customer service where I was advised that I have to pay the box I do not want and cancelled and they will not do anything to assist, regardless of the confusing checkout process, which as of now seems to be on purpose to assure people are charged regardless if they want the boxes or not.
